VOLUNTEER

The good news is you shape what you do and decide how much time you give

Three great reasons to volunteer:

  • You’ll share your skills and experience with young people, while developing yourself
  • You’ll have fun and meet new people in your area
  • You’ll inspire a generation (and they’ll never forget it)

 What to expect:

  • A warm welcome
  • Flexibility to get involved in a way that works for you
  • Easy access to training and resources online
  • Plenty of support and a great team

LOCATION: Eagle House Gardens, Blandford, Dorset DT11 7BT

We have been donated 100+ hedges/trees from the Woodland Trust so are asking each family unit to bring a spade so that they can plant one for us.

Scout Section leaders meeting

26th June (same day as AGM)

10am start - but come when you can

Our Store room has got into a pickle again so it would be great to make it more accessible to all.

I am happy to give our any volunteers a tour of the hut so they know what resources we have  and where they are

Jon Massey has offered to be our new Quartermaster which should help keep the Stores well maintained going forward. All items will be listed on OSM and will need to be 'booked out'

by leaders. We will send out more info when this is up and running
